| Sat Aug 7, 2010 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm | Meet and Greet - AniMall in Cary Towne Center Come on out and join Triangle Greyhound Society (TGS) for a Meet and Greet inside AniMall's Pet Adoption and Outreach Center in Cary Towne Center from 1:00 until 4:00 p.m. Cary Towne Center is off of Interstate 40 at Exit 291, Cary Towne Boulevard. TGS members and their fur kids must enter the mall through service entrance E, which is between the JCPenney entrance and India House Restaurant on the outside of the mall. Walking the dogs through the mall is prohibited. Signs will be posted outside the service entrance, on the door leading into the mall, and on the back door of AniMall. Meet and Greets are a great way to meet TGS members, meet and see the greys up close, and ask plenty of questions. We're always looking for volunteers to help set up and break down for the events. If you would like to help us set up for the event, please arrive at 12:45. Break down will begin at 4:00. Hope to see you there! |

| Sat Oct 9, 2010 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm | Triangle Greyhound Society's Fall Picnic Come on out and join us for Triangle Greyhound Society's (TGS's) fall picnic at Bond Park on 801 High House Road in Cary. We will be at the Kiwanis Shelter. TGS will provide soda, water, charcoal for grilling, and condiments. Please bring your meat to cook and a covered dish to share. There will be a greyhound agility course and speed run (WEATHER PERMITTING) at the ballfield, which has been reserved from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m., and there will be plenty of great company for your fur kids. Directions: From Durham or Raleigh, take Interstate 40 to the North Harrison Exit 287. Proceed east to Cary and turn right onto the Cary Parkway. When you come to High House Road, take a left. Drive a short distance on High House Road, and Bond Park will be on your right. |
